You want to smoke your Cajun Barbequed ribs at a low temperature with heavy smoke and a spicy rub. Low and slow is the motto. Heavy pork spareribs that have been rubbed with my own Cajun BBQ spice rub and cooked for over 8 hours in the smokehouse behind the restaurant. Tender and fantastic.
The ribs are produced in the natural slab quantities, they are fairly uniform in weight and Shipped frozen in cryovac packing.
