Sooo... for Crawfish boil this year, we been going to the Airport every Friday afternoon to pick up hundreds of pounds of live crawfish. Every Friday night and Saturday night, we have Crawfish Boil from about 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The Crawfish don't usually last for the whole time, but each time we buy more, ya'll eat more. Come on over. |

This is the crawfish boil (and also the shrimp boil), a Louisiana tradition from New Orleans to Acadiana.
